Driver Liaison Team marks third anniversary with record delivery milestone

Ogilvie Fleet’s Driver Liaison Team (DLT) is celebrating its third anniversary having broken the 1,000-delivery barrier for the first time in the last financial year.
Launched in 2023 in direct response to client feedback, the DLT was created to ease pressure on busy fleet managers by giving their drivers a dedicated Ogilvie point of contact throughout the vehicle ordering process.
Driver Liaison
Over the past year they have supported over 1,100 vehicle orders, covering both corporate and salary sacrifice drivers. Believed to be unique to the industry, they are a bridge between the sales & customer service teams with expert knowledge on vehicles, choice lists and the funding types on offer to company car and salary sacrifice drivers.
The team provides expert guidance on vehicle selection, tax implications, lead times, and electric vehicle suitability, while also managing invites to Ogilvie’s online quotes portal and handling driver queries. This ensures a smoother, more informed ordering journey and allows fleet managers to focus on strategic priorities rather than individual driver communications.
Ogilvie ReLease support
Alongside the breakthrough delivery figures, the DLT engaged with 2,600 drivers during the year, as well as supporting Ogilvie ReLease – the flagship product that offers drivers nearly new vehicles to maximise savings.
